Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026.

SPIZOO LLC ("we," "us") operates this website. We take all reports about content on our websites seriously. This page explains how to request removal of content, how to file a complaint, and how to appeal a decision we make.

1. Content Removal Policy

Anyone may request the removal of content published on this website, including any person who appears in the content, whether or not they are a member of our website.

We will remove content, or block access to it, when it:

depicts a person who did not consent to its recording, publication or distribution; depicts a person who has withdrawn consent, where applicable law requires us to honor that withdrawal; depicts a minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor; violates our Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Content section; infringes someone's copyright, privacy or other legal rights; or is otherwise illegal.

How to request removal.

Send your request to dmca@spizcash.com or use our form at Content Removal Form Page. Please include:

1. The exact URL(s) of the content.

2. A description of the content and why it should be removed.

3. Your name and contact details, and your relationship to the content (for example, the person depicted or their authorized representative).

4. Any supporting information that helps us verify your request.

You do not need to be a member or create an account to submit a request. Reports involving a possible minor, non-consensual content or human trafficking are given priority: we disable access to the reported content promptly while we review it, and we report it to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. Complaints Policy

You may file a complaint about any content on this website, about our handling of a removal request, or about any other aspect of our service, including billing.

How to file a complaint.

Email dmca@spizcash.com with the subject line "Complaint" or use Content Removal Form. Describe the issue, include any relevant URLs, and provide your contact details.

How we handle complaints.

1. We confirm receipt of your complaint.

2. A trained member of our compliance team reviews the complaint, along with the content and any information you provide.

3. We take action where appropriate, which may include removing content, suspending a user or uploader, or correcting a billing issue.

4. We notify you of our decision and the reasons for it.

All complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Complaints that report illegal content, including content involving a minor, non-consensual acts or human trafficking, are acted on immediately.

3. Appeals Policy

If you disagree with a decision we made about a complaint or a content-removal request, you may appeal it. This applies whether you submitted the request or the decision affects content you uploaded or appear in.

How to appeal.

Email dmca@spizcash.com with the subject line "Appeal" within 30 days of our decision. Include the original request or complaint, the decision you are appealing, and why you believe it should change.

How appeals are handled.

1. A member of our team who was not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal.

2. We notify you of the outcome of that review.

3. If the decision remains disputed, it will be referred to a neutral third party, for independent resolution. The cost of that review is paid entirely by SPIZOO LLC, not by you.

4. We will follow the neutral third party's decision.

Content reported as illegal, or as involving a possible minor or a lack of consent, stays unavailable while any appeal is pending.
