SPIZOO LLC has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor and coercion of any kind. This policy applies to this website, to all content we publish, and to everyone we work with, including performers, content producers, partners and vendors.
Our commitments
Verified, consenting adults only. Every person who appears in content on our websites is a verified adult, at least 18 years old. We confirm each person's identity and age with valid government-issued identification and keep records as required by law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable.
Documented consent. We obtain each performer's written consent to be recorded and to have the content published and distributed. Performers must participate voluntarily, free from force, fraud or coercion.
Partner requirements. Content producers and partners must follow this policy and provide age, identity and consent documentation for every performer before any content is published.
Content review. Content is reviewed before publication, and we remove anything that shows or suggests trafficking, exploitation or coercion.
Cooperation with authorities. We report suspected trafficking or exploitation to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully with any investigation.
Termination. Any performer, producer, partner or user found to be involved in trafficking or exploitation is permanently banned, and their content is removed.
Warning signs we watch for
Our team is trained to look for signs that someone may be a victim, such as a person who appears afraid or controlled by someone else, cannot speak for themselves, does not hold their own identification documents, or shows signs of physical abuse.
How to report
If you believe any content on this website involves human trafficking, exploitation or coercion, report it to dmca@spizcash.com or Contact Support. You do not need to be a member and you may report anonymously. We disable access to the reported content promptly while we investigate.
